For lenders and brokers

Publish on Homepedia

Rates from the Consumer Data Right appear on Homepedia Assistant whether or not a lender works with us. Lenders, their staff and brokers can add what the Consumer Data Right doesn't carry, once we have verified who they are.

Institutions

A lender or a broker firm. Once its check is done, the people it authorises can publish products the Consumer Data Right doesn't cover and correct its Consumer Data Right data, and the institution has its own page listing its products and its verified people.

  • Institution verification: A$250 + GST a year (A$275.00 incl. GST). We check its ABN, its credit licence and its web domain on ASIC's public registers. Corrections to the institution's own Consumer Data Right data are included.
  • Each product outside the Consumer Data Right: A$299 + GST a year (A$328.90 incl. GST). We review it before it is listed; once approved, the institution updates its rate itself for the rest of the year at no extra cost. Paying doesn't guarantee approval.

Lender staff and brokers

A person who works for a lender, or a mortgage broker. Once verified, they have their own page and can publish the price a customer gets when applying through them, shown in a separate part of the product page.

  • Individual verification: A$150 + GST a year (A$165.00 incl. GST). We check identity and professional credentials on the official registers, and review what they publish during the year.

The first person to join for a new institution pays for their own check and the institution's; the two are separate.

Paying, timing and refunds

  • Each check is paid by card when it is asked for. Anyone can pay, the institution or the person. Stripe emails the receipt and tax invoice.
  • We aim to finish each check within 2 working days of payment.
  • A check lasts a year. Renewal opens 30 days before it lapses, and the new year runs on from the old end date. When a check lapses, what was published under it stops showing until it is renewed.
  • If a check can't be completed because of something on our side, such as a register we can't reach, we refund it in full. If it fails because the information supplied was untrue, or the applicant didn't take part in the check, we don't.
  • Reporting an error on any product is free for everyone.

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless shown otherwise. Fees are the same for everyone at each level.
